Back Pain

I am writhing this in order to recommend Chinese acupuncture and herbalism.

Just under two years ago I was in extreme pain and was unable to turn my head or lift my left arm, which in my job, milking and looking after three hundred dairy cows, was cause the me great difficulty.

I happened to be outside the Herbalink shop when they opened first, and was persuaded to have a consultation. It was recommended to me that I have a course of acupuncture and herbal medicine. After the first week I was much better, and after 3 weeks I was completely mobile again.

I must point out that at first I was very sceptical about acupuncture and must point out that I thought it was just ‘quack’ medicine. After the experience that I had I would recommend it to anyone.

I have also had treatment since then for another painful condition and found it completely successful. The staffs here are also very kind and considerate.

Arthritis

I have found that acupuncture has helped me greatly –especially with my arthritic hands which were stiff, white and cold before my treatment, my hands are now free of pain and more flexible, allowing me to hold and grip objects which I couldn’t do before.

I have also had treatment for my arthritic shoulder and knee, I have found it equally beneficial and the massages are great and invigorating.

Diebetes

I am a diabetic and suffer from tiredness and aching mussels.  Since having sessions with Herbalink my condition has been much better. I was off work and found each day an effort.

I now have a job, I love and each day I seem to get better. I would recommend acupuncture to anyone and will keep up my treatment.

Weight Gains

Fatigue, Insomnia & IBS

As far back as I can remember, I have been an insomnia. Since having the treatment, the difference has been remarkable. Most night I sleep much better than I have for years. As a consequence I am much more energised, and I am able to get out of bed much earlier than I used to.

Also I have I.B.S which has improved considerably. My stomach is much flatter and I no longer feel bloated all the time.

Chronic Back Pain

At the ripe old age of 42 and having had little respect for my back over the years,a friend advised me of acupuncture, and told me of Dr.Gong.

Although a little sceptical I was prepared to try anything,as it's no joke waking up everyday in pain.

Dr.Gong diagnosed chronic lower back problem and felt that acupuncture,cupping and herbal medicine would be of great benefit to  me.

Having left it over 10 years before doing anything about my back,extensive acupuncture was needed, and to date I have been going regularly for the past 8 months.It is absolutely essential to have complete faith in acupuncture, as it would have been all to easy for me to dismiss acupuncture after 10 sessions as a waste of time.

                                           However,having persevered, my back has slowly got better and better,the pain is 75% gone and my back feels as if it's coming  

                                           alive again.

                                           On a physical side,when stool in front of a mirror arching my back, I notice it is changing shape,now muscles seem to be

visible,and the arch in my back is now taking on a much more curved appearance,where as before it was flat.

 

I have absolute confidence in Dr. Gong and will keep seeing him until I am pain free.

Having seen various chiropractors with no success at all, Dr. Gong has been a complete revelation, for which I am very grateful. Thank you.

Neck Pain & Headaches

I have suffered from neck pain and headaches for many years and have tried many alternative therapies,including acupuncture, with varying degrees of success.

I had my first, free, consultation with Dr.Gong in Oct' 2008. Since then,following his treatment, my condition is much,much improved with far fewer headaches and stopping my reliance on pain killers.

Furthermore,in addition to appreciating Dr.Gong's clinical expertise I would also praise Dr.Gong and his wife for their polite attentiveness and as such have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Infertility

I had a course of Acupuncture and massage to help with fertility problems. This was over a year and two IVF treatments.

Following the last treatment I became pregnant after 2 years of medical intervertion. I am now expecting my first child at the age of 42! I am sure that the treatment I recieved from Herbalink helped.

Cancer

Eight months ago I was diagnosed with cancer of the breast which had spread to my lungs and lymph nodes. For six months I have been treated with an 'anti-oestrogen' drug which is known to have a variety of unpleasant side effects.

I found out about a scientific studay that compared the severity of side effects in women who had acupuncture and those that didn't. The results started categorically that acupuncture could reduce side effects considerably.

I am delighted to be able to say that this has been the case for me and not only have I experienced minimal side effects I have also had considerable continuing reduction of the cancer nodes at both of my last three monthly scans.

In fact I am feeling healthier in myself than I have done for the last few years.

Sports Injury

I came in for treatment in my right ankle and was sport's injury so I couldn't carry on running as I like to do so and my treatment on my ankle help me a lot to do my running.

Depression & Indigestion

Feel more relaxed and less depressed with each treatment, I used to have to take tablets for  chronic indigestion, but no longer need prescription drug for this  ailment  as I no longer suffer with it.
